Rwanda Trip to Visit Compassion Student- from 2016 trip

Towards the end of my trip in Uganda, I was able to travel to Rwanda with friends to visit a young man who I sponsor through Compassion International. The trip to get there was long (5 hour car ride to Kampala, then 8 hour bus, then another car ride) but it was great to meet my student and his family. I enjoyed seeing another culture too and encountering unique experiences along the way, such as hunting for a bathroom at the bus stop- difficult when everyone speaks French! and the great food in at the hotel where I stayed.
