On the flight from MSP to AMS I overheard a girl in the row in front of me talk about Africa so at the end of the flight I asked her about it. It turns out she was going Uganda and on the exact same flight I was! We quickly became friends and found our way to the next flight together. Amazing how God works!
We hang out in the airport in AMS together and although we didn't sit together on the plane we found each on a brief refueling layover in Kigali, Rwanda and again when we went through customs in Kampala, Uganda. So glad I had a friend to be with all the way until we both got picked up by our respective rides. We arrived late at night, around 10:30pm, and after customs we found our waiting parties immediately after walking out the door!
